Retractable type. Wheels move inwards and forwards and retract into wells forward of the front spar. Non retracting tailwheel

Power Plant:

Four DH Gipsy-Twelve twelve cylinder inverted Vee air cooled, geared and supercharged engines each rated at 375 hp at 7,500 ft. Two bladed constant speed airscrews.

Accommodation:

Pilots cockpit in nose for pilot and copilot. Aft of bulkhead is wireless operator and steward. Normal accomodation is for 22 passengers
